With all the endless budget cuts to health and education, the Quebec government wants to instead spend money on a registry that was a financial nightmare at the federal level. And for what? The federal registry had absolutely no affect on public safety. Quebec needs to stop wasting money on these useless social programs and put money back into hospitals and schools!
