I have been travelling with STO to work for 21 years. I have never been so disappointed with their services. I don't understand why the STO refuses to accomodate its clients who are simply asking to have our Interzone buses from Buckingham to Hull and Ottawa reinstated. Why couldn't the 98 take the same route as the 95 without making all of those stops for the connections? Those continuing on the 98's to Hull and Ottawa would free up alot of space for those on the 100's and the 200's. I have never seen so many people cramped into one bus until Rapibus started. The STO should be ashamed of their service. Someone has to do something!
