I have been preoccupied with this long before the Enquête report. My understanding is that no one has brought a formal complaint of the Berger blanc's activities to the police in Montréal. I may be wrong... I hope so... because I thought that was in the works. But I think it is worth checking out. It means finding witnesses to crimes committed by the Berger blanc in violation of the codes that exist today . And filing a complaint with the police. Out of all of those who signed this petition, and who had terrible experiences with the Berger blanc... has anyone made this move? Just the fact that we all bought medals and that our animals gone missing were never traced by these medals seems like a gross violation of trust between owners, and the city and the Berger blanc. Were we buying medals just to enable the Berger blanc to kill as many animals as possible? Let's turn up the heat on the City of Montréal. How can we embarrass them in front of their bread and butter, tourists from outside Québec... anyone have ideas?

And on top of eliminating the Berger blanc, we need to establish laws in Québec that make abandonment of an animal a crime. Those of us who are so outraged with what is happening should be making a major effort to educate our kids, and our neighbor's kids. To give lectures in schools. And to educate our friends and families. It is an uneducated, old-style farmer's mentality that animals are meant to serve and feed us that still reigns in Québec and makes it so easy for all these crimes to go unpunished.

Je ne sais pas s'il y a eu une plainte officielle.  Mais, les policiers de Montréal devait avoir un dossier sur le cas.

Un policier m'a dit que le vidéo ne serait pas acceptable en cour (comme preuve), vu qu'il a été coupé.

J'ai aussi appris que la belle caméra dans *la salle s'euthanasie* du berger blanc ne fonctionnerait que si le vétérinaire accepte de se faire filmer.  Donc, s'il ne veut pas... ben personne ne verra rien !  De la vraie bullshit !!!

Je les ai amené en Cour et j'ai gagné le 29 avril 2010 !  Leurs histoires à dormir debout, je n'y crois plus depuis longtemps (bien avant le reportage aussi).

 The police doesn`t need someone to make a complaint. The police itself has the power to "arrest" and bring to court anyone they catch "on the spot" doing something above the law . exemple : il someone is walking naked in a public park, nobody needs to fill up a complaining report. IF the police officers going on the premisses SEE and WITNESS the person walking naked in the park,  the police officers have the duty to arrest that person because it is forbiden to do that.

SO, here is the big question ;  IS THE POLICE INVESTIGATING ON THE BERGER BLANC ILLEGAL ACTS ? ....
